GUARANTEE
All products are guaranteed for 21 days. All returns, exchanges and repairs must be within 21 days of purchase unless otherwise noted on receipt. Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. A valid ID may be required for returns or exchanges.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Used products qualify for repairs only. Unopened items may receive a refund in the same form as the method of payment. Opened items may be exchanged for same item only.
REPAIRS
Any defective merchandise may be repaired or exchanged for the same item only. If a repair option is not available equivalent store credit may be issued.
EXCEPTIONS
Preplayed video game systems are guaranteed to be free of defects for 90 days. All computer software sales are final, defectives qualify for repair only. Game cards, prepaid cards, subscribtion based products or similar products may not be returned. Skateboard sales are final. Skateboard items are new and carry the manufacturer's warranty only.
